WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As a Product Manager/Engineer in B2B, you are responsible for identifying new features, products, and business opportunities while being a critical driver of sales initiatives. Our team collaborates with clients to understand their challenges and solutions. You will work to become a trusted advisor for our clients enabling you to build confidence in TP-Link's technology infrastructure.
WHAT YOUR FUTURE LOOKS LIKE:

  Knowledge base on networking and product lifecycle/approval

  Understanding business scenarios of hospitality, restaurant, venues, etc

  Liaising with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers

  helping the sales team to reach targets
  
  
• 
  conducting research into the industry - including competitor research
  
  
• 
  potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.

  Experience working in highly collaborative environments

  Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
  
  
• 
  Work with Business leadership to identify key growth drivers and establish measurements for success.

  Develop, execute and test growth experiments that have a significant impact on how users discover, activate and engage with Creative Cloud products and services.
  
  
• 
  Report on performance and present your roadmap on a quarterly basis.
  
  
• 
  Drive teams to execute with precision, communicate effectively across the organization and with top executives.
  
  
• 
  Master usage analytics, deep cohort analysis, support data, and marketing data to refine the testing strategy.
  
  
• 
  Regularly communicate with customers to identify customer needs and requirements. Synthesize findings into tests.
  
  
• 
  Create product experiences across Creative Cloud Surfaces that drives creative success in Business organizations.
  
  
  Requirements

  • 
    Must have background in Networking.
    
    
  • 
    2+ years of experience is preferred.
    
    
  • 
    A Bachelor of Science Degree - Engineering, Computer, or related field is preferred.
    
    
  • 
    Based in Southern California, able to work in Irvine office.
    
    
  • 
    Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    
    
  • 
    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.

    Programming experience is Bonus
