A reputable furniture company in the Irvine area of Orange County (CA) is seeking qualified candidates to hire for Customer Service Representatives!
This is a temp-to-hire position. Hours are 7AM - 3:30PM, 7:30AM-4PM, or 8AM-4:30PM. This is a great company to get your foot in the door and start your next career!
Job Duties:

• Facilitate customer inquiries professionally within company guidelines.
• Maintain complete knowledge of product collection, craftsmanship, options, and custom capabilities.
• Maintain detailed client order information.
• Provide a timely and proper response to product/order inquiries and complaints.
• Research and source required information regarding our product line using available resources.
• Process product orders, sales, and warranty claims.
• Complete reports as directed.
• Work closely with freight/truck carries on scheduled delivery times. Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
  • High School Diploma/GED; 1-3 years related customer service experience.
  • Ten key touch, typing minimum 55 WPM.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; E-mail; Epicor experience a plus. Pay Rate: $20.00 -$24.00 per hour
