Responsibilities
How Will You Contribute to the Company?
The Regional Sales Manager, Public Sector, Southern California
(Orange County/San Diego) is responsible for sales within their
assigned territory with a mission to provide exceptional customer
service and support including but not limited to: new customer
acquisition, customer retention, and overall expansion of
Cradlepoint's presence through customer meetings,
trade-shows/events, channel partner engagement, etc. -
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be in daily contact with
current and prospective customers and achieve defined sales
metrics. The RSM will provide leadership to his/her territory team
with the primary objective of securing new customers within the
territory. - Working closely with the Inside Sales Team and Sales
Engineering, the RSM will lead the territory strategy for all
regional sales needs and will deliver on growth targets for that
market.
The territory includes: Orange County, San Diego County, Riverside
County, San Bernardino County, and Imperial County.

Your Pay:
The salary range for this position is listed below. - The actual
salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not
limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related
knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and
experience.
Your pay also includes the opportunity for monthly sales
incentives. Actual payouts are dependent upon the attainment of
agreed to revenue goals and objectives as determined by
Cradlepoint's management team. -
