National Account Sales Manager - Costco, Sam's Club and BJS
Location: Irvine, CA - Hybrid Reports to: Director and Vice
President FLSA: Exempt, Full-Time OVERVIEW: A global consumer
packaged goods (CPG) company with widely consumed confectionary/
snack worldwide is looking for a National Account Sales Manager for
Club Channels. The National Account Sales Manager involves working
in a relationship development capacity with club channels such as
Costco, Sam's Club, and BJ's Wholesale to promote company products,
increase brand awareness and drive to generate top-line and
bottom-line revenue growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO: --- Develop, execute, and maintain
the company's Club strategy for Costco, Sam's Club, and BJS
Wholesale. --- Identify new distribution and business opportunities
and establish initial contact with key personnel at club channels
and brokers to develop relationships and to effectively achieve
superior in-market results. --- Deliver sales and merchandising
objectives by demonstrating, presenting, and/or distributing
samples of products. --- Develop and launch new item opportunities,
working closely with cross-functional partners to design new
products that deliver on the needs of the Club shopper, and
ensuring packaging and pallet designs that meet technical
requirements while also bringing to life our brand image and voice.
--- Maintain cooperative relationships with management at retail
establishments and negotiate optimal store display space. ---
Support retail establishments to develop clear and effective
product display/presentation on shelves to consumers including
stocking shelves, arranging products, supplying visuals such as POP
to promote the retail sales. --- Discuss market trends and sales
volume with brokers and retail establishments to increase the sales
opportunities. --- Provide prompt and excellent service to club
channel customers by handling requests and inquiries, and
investigating and resolving problems. --- Prepare forecasts for
sales trends, analyzing data and presenting management with
actionable insights. --- Monitor and manage inventory levels for
club channels in conjunction with Supply Chain department. --- Keep
abreast of market trends, product updates, and company's marketing
plans to ensure the delivery of product training and presentation
to brokers and retail establishments. --- Other duties requested by
Management. QUALIFICATIONS: --- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Business, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. ---
5+ years of experience of national sales management within the CPG
food industry. --- Willingness to travel to customers (local and
occasional overnight travel in domestic) frequently. --- Valid
state driver's license to travel to meet customers one-on-one. ---
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and
collaboratively in teams. --- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Salary: DOE Benefits:

above represents the low and high end of the base compensation
range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base
compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on
various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location,
actual experience, and job performance. This job posting is not a
