You'll have the opportunity to work in an energetic environment with a smart team that loves what they do.About the OpportunityThe Senior Director of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for driving new logo sales in the largest prospects in the US, along with driving incremental revenue growth through cross-sell/upsell in install accounts. They have direct responsibility for a team growing to approximately a dozen sellers, and will interface closely with the VPs of marketing, consulting services, operations, and the Chief Revenue Officer.An inspirational leader, the Senior Director will develop and mentor our enterprise sales team, teaching sales skills and creating repeatable processes that result in delighted customers.Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead national team of Enterprise sellers to further penetrate the Professional Services Automation (PSA) space
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around our service to target partners
  • Work with SMEs to advance deals, create strategic collateral, and solve complex problems
  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives and industry influencers
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal organizations to complete deals and ensure long-term account healthWhat You Bring to this Role
    • Senior software sales leadership experience
    • Track record of high achievement and exceeding quota
    • Ability to work independently and lead executive relationships
    • Ability to lead financial modeling and legal negotiation of deals
    • Self-driven, motivated, inspiring and entrepreneurial; ability to own outcomes and make things happen
