We're looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain our clients' accounts and serve as our main point of contact.To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solvingskills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients. OB DESCRIPTION: Our Account Managers operate as the primary point of contact for our clients. They are responsible forcontinuously engaging with clients, collecting documentation, and reviewing and providing status updates to theiraccounts. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs- Maintain regular communication and updates through the client database- Request, collect, and organize client files and documentation- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships- Monitor client account compliance and deadlines- Provide exceptional customer service- Collaborate with other departments to best serve the client outcome and experience- Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the processes, services, and operations offered by thecompany.
