Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities: Outbound calling to provided leads, new contacts, and existing customer databases Establish relationships for repeat business Educate customers about our finance products Screen incoming callers to find out what they are looking for and if they qualify Ability to build and maintain a customer data base through sales, loan extension and merchant referrals Maintain in depth knowledge of finance options and requirements Schedule and track follow-up calls with leads Process documentation for direct sales applications Manage customer expectations and timing while processing applications Work with teams to collect necessary documentation to bring an application from start to fund Qualifications/Skills/ Education/Experience: 1 year sales experience in a call center setting preferred, but not required. Excellent computer skills, CRM sales software experience a plus. Highly motivated and target driven individual. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Lending experience is a plus, but not necessary. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, but not required. _This job description is subject to change and may be amended based on management need and business demands._ Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types: Bonus pay
