We value flexibility, problem solving skills, reliability, organizational skills and workload prioritization.Customer Service Representative:The Customer Service Representative carries out all customer service activities responding to customer inquiries, works with clients in identifying their needs, providing assistance as needed and communicating information across various departments including Sales, Processing and Quality Assurance.Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer Inbound and outbound calls
  • Contact clients by phone and email to retrieve required documents and/or information when needed.
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service
  • Reroute calls to the requested department
  • Uphold the highest standard of professionalism and care when handling clients
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Qualifications:
    • 1+ year of Customer Service Experience over the phone (preferred)
    • Prior experience in a Customer Service role (preferably in a sales environment)
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proficient computer skills, including G Suite and Microsoft Office.
    • Professional demeanor and attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (Preferred)
    • Time management multi-tasker, able to prioritize projects and follow up with clients in a timely mannerEducation:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.What we Offer:

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and standard office supplies. While working in the office, the setting is a standard office environment with low to moderate noise levels and temperature controlled.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Employee is required to sit at desk for majority of the workday with occasional standing and walking within office environment. The employee is required to use hands and fingers for writing and typing, handle or feel office tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Employee may occasionally crouch or kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20lbs.
