Job DescriptionNational Equipment and Service provides complete commercial dock and door installation, maintenance, and repair services, as well as servicing of warehouse equipment. Serving primarily Southern California, were expanding operations! Join our growing team and help provide our customers with a safe and efficient workplace!The Sales Support Specialist will focus on supporting our Sales and Account Management teams to ensure we are delivering the best experience possible to our customers. The ideal person will have a high attention to detail, work well in a team environment, and be highly organized. This role has high potential to become a Sales Support Supervisor, Sales Representative, or Account Manager.Responsibilities:

  • Build Estimates in Service Fusion, Service Channel, Corrigo, and other platforms.
    • Maintain compliance and respond to requests in Service Channel and Corrigo.
      • Oversee specialty accounts with specific SLAs.
        • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information into our technology platforms.
          • Assist with building out our product and service catalogs in our internal system.
            • Acquire POs from customers that require it prior to service or scheduling.
              • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
                • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.Required:
                  • Proven work experience working in a sales support position or relevant role.
                    • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field may be helpful.
                      • Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be helpful.
                        • Experience with Apple equipment.
                          • Experience with CRM/ERP/FSM software.
                            • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
                              • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
                              • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
                              • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
                              • Must be very tech savvy and comfortable with learning new technology systems and processes.
                              • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
