Job Description:

Job Description Duties include: Review daily status reports we send to customers via email. For those customers whose systems are not operating optimally, enter the device into our support system and follow up until the status report error has cleared. May involve contacting the customer Answer unsolicited inquiries and either provide a solution, refer to another department or notify Sales so a quote can be created Determine if specific customers maintain a maintenance plan, their product(s) are under warranty or a service quote is required upon request Maintain a high standard of service delivery by following established processes Once familiar with the products, assist the customer with troubleshooting and problem resolution if possible Guarantee all contacts with CASE Emergency System's employees, customers and vendors are friendly, positive and professional Provide timely and accurate data entry into business systems and verify recorded information to ensure accuracy and completeness Document and update customer records after all interactions Monitor email mailboxes and any other requests as appropriate Perform or assist with cellular activation if requested Other functions and duties as directed or required for the delivery and effective provisioning as well as general customer service and internal support functions Requirements: Ability to work in fast paced environment involving interactions with not only customers but also multiple departments within the company Experience with computers or networks, telephone systems, cellular communications or technical repair knowledge preferred Ability to work on multiple different projects simultaneously Experience in the area of project management or coordination is preferred but not required Excellent written and communication skills as well as a positive and professional demeanor Proficient in basic business software programs including MS Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary computer systems Ability to solve problems and deliver consistent positive results Company Description Our mission from the beginning has been simple: To develop and maintain innovative and reliable products for the thousands of people they serve.
