Inside Sales Associate - Job DescriptionPosition Summary: This Full-Time position is responsible for being a proactive member of a division that is tasked with increasing sales in targeted markets, within a predefined territory. This position will develop strategic relationships with a variety of medical facilities, hospitals and decision makers in targeted accounts.   • Respond to incoming inquiries and leads that are generated by marketing efforts.
  • Cultivating and generating new business including out-bound and in-bound sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Clearly communicating our value proposition by thoroughly understanding Ampronix offerings, business values, and customer outcomes.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to promote Ampronix and its mission utilizing effective sales skills, mainly via phone, email, and video conferencing interactions in compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Attend internal sales meetings, conference calls, and ongoing training sessions.
  • Follow established sales operating procedures and best practices, ensuring activities comply with laws, regulations, and Ampronix compliance policies.
  • Establish and nurture positive, productive relationships with customer accounts including end-users, service providers and purchasers.
  • Maintain accuracy in the CRM database via updates to sales opportunities, sales stages, marketing statuses and utilizing the contact management system.
  • Build an expertise on all product related matters including understanding their applications and pain points.
  • Focus on collaboration and teamwork to deliver favorable results to customers, patients, and Ampronix.
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience; business development, lead nurture, marketing, etc.
    • High energy, enthusiasm and ambition.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • A passion for technology sales and learning about the application of technology to solve business problems.
    • Not settling for average, always striving to exceed quota.
    • Ability to learn, reason and adapt quickly.
