We are looking for an experienced National Real Estate Sales Manager to contribute to our company's sales objectives. Your responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships. As a National sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities
    • Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure its timely implementation
    • Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets
    • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
    • Negotiate and close agreements with large Real Estate brands
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
    • Prepare and report on monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
    • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
    • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
    • Partner with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
    • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
    • Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals
    • Recruit and train sales employees for effective delivery

      Requirements
      • Exceptional negotiation skills
      • Ability to build effective relationships, whether internally or externally
      • Strong IT skills; ability to use the computer and business related applications
      • Ability to work under pressure and still produce result
      • Demonstrated ability to retain high performing team of sales personnel
      • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Saas
      • Experience in similar position or organization
      • Strategy development and project management skills
      • Possess leadership skills and the ability to work with a team
      • Ability to be proactive and plan effectively
      • Management skills; ability to get people moving towards a specific task
      • Enthusiastic and passionate of the work
      • Proven work experience as a sales manager
      • Experience managing a high performance sales team
      • Knowledge of CRM software and Google Suite
      • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
      • Strong communication and team management skills
      • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
      • Availability to travel as needed
      • BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
