Oversee the activities of Customer Service Representatives or
sales order processing staff. Develop customer service policies and
procedures to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve non-routine customer complaints. Resolve
major problems with orders, delivery dates or service.
