Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities: Innovation
Strategy Support: Assist Innovation Director in developing and
executing a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with the
company's business objectives to drive growth across various ramen
noodle brands. Contribute insights and ideas to identify emerging
trends, consumer needs, and market opportunities that inform
innovation priorities. Customer and Market Specific Innovation
Lead: Assist in leading and managing product launches of strategic,
customer-specific products/initiatives. Lead launch initiatives in
other markets (Canada). Work on improving the product presentation
of key customers items such as Club, Aldi. Cross-Brand Innovation
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support
the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products across
different ramen noodle brands. Contribute to fostering a culture of
creativity and collaboration to generate breakthrough ideas and
drive continuous innovation within the organization. Exploration of
Adjacent Categories: Assist in exploring opportunities for
innovation beyond traditional ramen noodle products, including
adjacent categories within the grocery store such as sauces,
condiments, snacks, or ready-to-eat meals. Support the development
of new product concepts, conduct market research, and assist in
collaborating with internal and external partners to bring
innovative offerings to market. Market Analysis and Consumer
Insights: Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and
consumer research to identify unmet needs and opportunities for
differentiation. Support in translating consumer insights into
actionable strategies and product innovations that resonate with
target audiences and drive sales growth. Project Management
Support: Assist in managing the product development process, from
concept ideation and testing to commercialization and launch.
Support in ensuring the timely execution of innovation projects,
adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. 4 years of
experience in product marketing, brand management, or innovation
roles within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, preferably
in the food sector. Demonstrated ability to contribute to the
development and launch of innovative products that drive revenue
growth and market share expansion. Strong analytical skills and
strategic thinking ability, with the aptitude to translate market
insights into actionable business strategies. Excellent
communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience working in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and
