Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to
arrange travel for employees and business travelers, ensuring their
safe and secure travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Research, create, and execute travel itineraries tailored to client
needs
Manage client relationships and resolve complaints in a timely
manner
Assist with marketing activities and ensure compliance with travel
policies
Required Qualifications
Degree from Junior College or higher with relevant work experience
in travel or client service
Fluency in English and Japanese, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel reservation
systems
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed for
emergencies
