Warner Bros. Discovery is building unique Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)
experiences worldwide. Delivering content globally requires a
robust content & metadata platform to serve our partners, networks,
and distribution channels. As the strategic leader for this global
content platform, you will partner with the distribution platform
to transform Warner Bros. Discovery, enabling the future of
interactive & personalized video experiences for audiences across
220 countries.As the Principal PM-T for Media Supply Chain AI, you
will serve as the thought leader for infusing AI methodologies and
cutting-edge technologies into WBD's content distribution business.
You will collaborate with Media Supply Chain engineering, Product
Management, Media Logistics, Content Operations, and other
stakeholders to define strategies and build platforms that create
advanced workflows for content acquisition, enrichment, and
distribution to a global audience of hundreds of millions.You are
an experienced senior product management leader with expertise in
end-to-end cinematic and television workflows. You understand how
the media industry is evolving to enhance these workflows using new
tools, and you have direct experience working with major media
companies sourcing and delivering assets for linear, DTC, and
licensing across multiple business lines. You are data-driven,
capable of inventing and deploying new metrics to measure success,
and skilled at prioritizing operational needs in a fast-paced
environment. You are independent, proactive, and adept at
navigating complex situations with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across WBD to develop advanced AI
systems that transform operations and products.
- Empathize with diverse stakeholder groups to identify use
cases, prioritize needs, and drive successful implementation and
adoption with operational teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to select, train, and integrate
state-of-the-art AI models into WBD's content supply chain
products, and work with internal teams to improve and develop new
capabilities.
- Collaborate with production management, operations, media
logistics, marketing, and merchandising teams to design, resource,
and build features that simplify workflows and support global
expansion, adopting a "hands-off" approach.
- Engage with engineering teams within Media Supply Chain and the
Global Video Platform to align on the vision for WBD's content AI
platform and promote adoption of internal tools.
- Iterate and improve the tools to enable WBD to enhance its
digital product slate globally and rapidly.
Requirements
- Experience working on global software deployments with
localization and regional complexity.
- Deep understanding of media workflows, content management
systems, and DTC services, with insight into industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable
working with engineering teams and presenting to leadership.
- Ability to balance long-term architecture, vision, and OKRs
with short-term business needs.
- Experience leading software engineering teams on complex
initiatives under deadlines (5+ years).
- Ideally, experience in a major media production company or SVOD
service.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field.

In compliance with local law, the compensation range for this role is $193,200 - $358,800 annually, with actual salaries based on various factors. Warner Bros.
