Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Economics
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify key drivers of
member engagement, cost, and utilization
Identify trends and outliers from performance metrics, providing
root-cause analyses and strategic recommendations
Develop analytical plans and methodologies to monitor trends and
evaluate clinical and financial outcomes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of healthcare industry experience, including 2+ years with
Managed Medicaid plans
5+ years of programming experience in SQL and 2+ years in
Python
Background in statistics/data science with experience in predictive
modeling techniques
Expertise in statistical methods for evaluating health outcomes
Familiarity with Value-based Care and supporting analytics is a
plus
