Job Description:
A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager II to
oversee multiple construction projects throughout their
lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead all phases of construction projects from inception
to completion
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules while
ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and
vendors while tracking project progress and variances
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
3-5 years of Project Management experience in construction or site
development projects
Prior experience managing construction projects and subcontractors
is strongly preferred
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) credential
preferred
Experience with financial management of construction processes,
including budgets and purchase orders
