A company is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the selection process, including candidate assessment and
interview facilitation
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and develop
proactive recruitment strategies
Consult with hiring managers on final selections and maintain
strong client and candidate relationships
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced
environment
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to execute recruitment strategies and articulate client
relationships
Demonstrated computer proficiency, including experience with
applicant tracking systems
Strong time prioritization skills and flexibility in adapting to
changing priorities
