Lead Automation Business Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Automation Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities

Lead business process analysis and documentation for RPA initiatives
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and blockers
Collaborate with the RPA development team to ensure accurate requirement mapping

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Experience in RPA business process analysis and documentation
Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
Experience leading a team of business analysts
Familiarity with SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
