Step into the role of Estimator at Pacific Coast Cleaning, Inc. (PCC) and become an integral part of our Construction Cleaning division. Are you an experienced construction estimator with exceptional communication, math, and critical thinking skills? If so, we'd like to talk. We're looking to hire a skilled estimation professional to assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs. Responsibilities:

--- Prepare estimates, written proposals, budgets, costs, and updates for clients and project managers
--- Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects
--- Work closely with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors
--- Provide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs
--- Inquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposal and budgets
--- Analyze blueprints, proposals, specifications, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole
--- Embrace adaptability and readiness for new challenges
--- Cultivate strong client relationships, embodying our core values
--- Utilize internal reports to analyze performance and contribute to continuous improvement
--- Coordinate seamless client on-boarding and job hand-offs
--- Maintain meticulous records in the CRM and filing systems
--- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
--- Navigate construction drawings effectively, decoding their intricacies
--- Exhibit proficiency in mathematics and Excel, leveraging them for accurate proposals
--- Embrace a positive customer service attitude in all interactions
--- Thrive both as part of a team and independently
--- Master the art of multitasking and time management
--- Possess a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
--- Uphold professionalism and handle confidential information with care
--- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
--- Comfortably conduct calls and meetings with customers
--- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is advantageous
--- Prior experience with Building Connected, Procore, and Bidmail is beneficial
--- Familiarity with takeoff software is a plus
--- Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential; and prior experience in Monday.com and HubSpot CRM is a bonus
