There is an expectation for you to come into the office 2-3 days a week in Irvine, CA. Relocation is not an options for this position.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support and insights to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop reports, and provide recommendations to improve business processes.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, and other BI tools
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to track them
• Design and develop data models to support reporting and analysis
• Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in report writing, business analytics, SQL, data modeling, Python or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques is a plus
