This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to engage in complex and high-stakes construction litigation cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of construction-related legal matters, including disputes, claims, and liens. This position offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work with a team of experienced and dedicated legal professionals.Responsibilities:The Construction Litigation Attorney will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:1. Representing clients in all stages of construction litigation, from initial case evaluation to trial, settlement or appeal.2. Handling a variety of construction-related disputes, including those involving construction defects, delay claims, contract disputes, and mechanic's liens.3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and other legal documents.4. Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on construction law matters.5. Conducting legal research and analysis on various construction law topics.6. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective resolution of construction litigation cases.7. Keeping abreast of current trends, practices, and developments in construction law.Qualifications:To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar.3. A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction litigation.4. Extensive knowledge of construction law, including construction claims and mechanic's liens.5. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously.8. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in construction litigation.9. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.10.
