Lease Administration Analyst--needed for a--HYBRID schedule contract--opportunity with Yoh's client located in--Irvine, CA. The Big Picture Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Experience with databases to data manage and data extraction/reporting
• Ability to work partially remote and will be in the office 3 days a week
• Paying $21 per hour; depending on experienceWhat You'll Be Doing:
  • Reviewing leases, reporting, CAM reconciliations and estimates
  • Updates and maintains lease documents and data on Client's lease administration software (CoStar)What You Need to Bring to the Table:
    • High school degree or general education degree required plus a minimum of 2 years related work experience, preferably in real estate.
