Job Description:
**Summary** You will be part of a high-performance team
responsible for building a marketing analytics platform. The
primary purpose of this position is to design, develop, and
maintain analytics dashboards and reports to suit internal business
needs and external client requirements. This requires consulting
with business and technical stakeholders to determine dashboard and
report specifications then building production ready assets to meet
those specifications. **Job Duty** Create analytics reports and
dashboards to provide valuable, relevant business insights for
internal users and clients Clean and transform data using DBT & SQL
to prepare accurate, optimized reporting datasets. Identify,
define, and prioritize reporting requirements. Create data models,
tables, indexes, and stored procedures in PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and
DBT to support performant, optimized data warehousing and reporting
workflows. Field questions about existing reports and create ad hoc
and/or customized reports when necessary. Collaborate with
developers, stakeholders and subject-matter experts to establish
technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and
performance needs Maintain professional and technical knowledge by
attending educational workshops; reviewing professional
publications; establishing personal networks; participating in
professional societies **Supervisory Responsibilities** Direct
Reports - This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
for direct reports Indirect Reports - May delegate work of others
and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
**Travel and/or Driving Requirements** - Travel is an essential
duty and function of this job. Driving is not an essential duty or
function of this job. - Travel up to 10% **Minimum Qualifications**
Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent
experience (Preferred): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
**Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business, Computer Science, or
equivalent job-related experience** 2-5 years of experience in
creating business intelligence dashboards and reports in Tableau,
PowerBi, Sisense or Looker (Looker strongly preferred). 3+ years of
experience preparing complex data sets for analysis. Experience
with DBT strongly preferred. 3+ years of experience writing complex
SQL against transactional and analytical databases. Experience with
Postgres and BigQuery preferred. Expert skills with Microsoft
Excel; ability to create pivot tables, charts, and graphs;
formatting documents, formatting cells, entering and modifying
complex formulas, creating and modifying basic charts and graphs,
and creating and modifying Pivot Tables Ability to develop
efficient and self- documenting solutions Strong communication
skills, both written and spoken Ability to set priorities and
organize work to meet deadlines Experience in consumer-packaged
goods industry a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to QA

Business System Analyst will work with internal and external
customers in gathering functional requirements documents,
understanding application architecture, and managing the unit
testing of deliverables. Candidate should have an understanding of
Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies and knowledge of
Business Intelligence platforms. **Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities** + Train/Onboard new and existing customers +
Meet with clients and gather report specifications to then deliver
to Business Intelligence team. + Monitor client usage to ensure
client retention + Monitor expired client portal passwords + Create
help documentation for Company's Reports + Provide basic level
internal sales functions to existing clients/customers
