difference:The Quality Analyst will be responsible for supporting
Supplier Quality Management for day-to-day operations and
activities relating to supplier selection, evaluation, and
performance. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be support with the
Supplier Quality Engineer in continuous improvement programs,
quality investigations focusing on suppliers and CAPAs, SCAR
resolution with suppliers, organization and movement of materials
and associated data and other projects as required. -Your key
responsibilities:
- Support non-conforming material reporting (NCMR), including
facilitating our MRB meetings, segregation of non-conforming
materials, data collection, and dispositioning of product as needed
by the Quality Team and report status during weekly Material Review
Board and cross-functional departments meetings. -
- Manage the Approved Supplier List including maintenance of
supplier files and monitoring of supplier certification
status.
- Manage new supplier evaluation and approval requests. This
includes collaboration with various departments for the collection
of required supplier data.
- Manage documentation, including change document requests, and
reports in electronic system, supplier and material qualifications,
risk assessments, customer questionnaires, etc.
- Assist in the preparation, execution and reporting of scheduled
Supplier On-Site Audits.
- Assist in the management of Supplier Corrective Action Request
and Supplier Change Request including maintenance of SCAR and SCR
logs and electronic management system
- Data collection and reporting of various data needs and
developing methods for improving or creating new reporting
solutions as determined by Quality Management
- Assist Quality Management in the preparation of Management
Review meetings with supplier performance data
- Update Quality System procedures in area of responsibility for
improved efficiency and compliance
- Any other data and reporting needs as required by the Quality
Team, and other functional Teams as appropriate
- Project support as needed by Quality Management. -
- Other duties as requested by the Quality Management team.Who
you are: -
- Associate degree in Science or equivalent required. Bachelor's
degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a QA or QC related
functions
- Must have ability to effectively use standard office software
such as Microsoft Word and ExcelThe anticipated salary for this
position for an employee -who is located in California is $61,986
to -$70,345 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The final
pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several
factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years
of experience within the job, the type and years of experience
within the industry, education, etc. -The Company is a multi-state
