• Define and chart your own path into the business and be part of the next generation of leaders at DaVitaWhat Will You Do?As a Revenue Analyst, you will develop strategic recommendations across the Revenue Operations group key focus areas, e.g. revenue strategy, process improvements, and operations innovations. You will work directly with internal teams and insurance companies to resolve and manage high impact revenue issues. The majority of the role will be focused in identifying opportunities with reimbursement, root causing and sizing these opportunities, working with various internal and external partners (ie Insurance Companies) to arrive at a solution, and managing the projects to completion. The role has a high level of visibility with leadership given as our team supports this highest impact issues, and the requirement to work cross-functionally, and overall ability to impact the bottom line. The right candidate will be expected to: i) perform low-complexity analyses ii) effectively synthesize key messages from analysis, iii) and lead projects.Additional responsibilities of this role include the following:Problem solving and critical thinking

  • Mid-range analytical and quantitative skill to assess and quantify business impact of various efforts honestly

          • Moderate analytical and problem solving skills
          • A -bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
          • Excel proficiencyPreferred
            • Experience in Healthcare, ideally revenue operations
            • Moderate proficiency in the following: Excel, PowerPoint, Netezza, SQL/PL-SQL, and AccessAdditional Success Factors

                • This position is currently hybrid, with teammates primarily working from home with the option to come in office as preferred. The team meets in office 3-4 times per year, so travel may be required depending on location.
