Housing planning and implementation
including affordable, permanent supportive and transitional housing
and market rate housing (including housing element updates, housing
implementation programs, reporting and compliance, development
underwriting/peer review, development agreements and negotiations,
and grant funding applications and analysis). Financial analysis
and reporting.Housing and other grant writing and
administration.Economic analysis, market studies, real estate
valuation and advisory services.Our offices and project sites span
the State of California with a staff of more than 200
employee-owners. -Harris & Associates is searching for a highly
motivated Senior Analyst to help grow the -Community Development +
Housing practice. -Responsibilities & -DutiesThe Senior Analyst
will be responsible for the successful completion of projects,
which include:
Working directly with Deputy
Project/Project Managers to provide housing consulting services
(including planning, development analysis, compliance and
reporting) community development, financial and economic analysis
for cities and counties throughout California.Having the required
comprehensive technical skills (including advanced excel skills
like V-Lookups, working with large data sets, etc.), adhering to
project schedules, preparing spreadsheets, drafting studies/reports
and regularly updating Project Managers on project status.Work
directly with Vice President of Community Development and Housing
on strategic advisory services.Client interface via email and
regular client meetings.Ability to clearly communicate to co-worker
on analysis and work products.Clear writing skills and attention to
detail.Being proactive, solution-oriented, collaborative, and work
well with several different supervisors in an efficient
manner.Having successful client interface/follow-up skills and
ensuring that all project deadlines are met is a must.
-Qualifications & -Skills
Degree in -Planning, Economics, or
Business.Excellent writing and advanced Microsoft Excel
skills.Multi-tasking (working on more than one project) and
managing time to meet time-sensitive deadlines, schedules, budgets,
and maintain excellent quality control.Job Salary B.O.E: -
$75,000-$90,000 Annual SalaryWe offer competitive salaries and
