Job Description:
As a Help Desk Support Technician, you will provide support to
end users with computer, application, system, device, access, and
hardware issues. A successful candidate will be able to identify,
research and resolve technical problems, complete equipment
installations, configurations, and upgrades as well as work on
problem identification and resolution of hardware, software, and
security issues. -Responsibilities:
Respond to IT ticket requests for
technical support in a timely mannerOnboarding and setting up new
hire equipmentDocument, track, and monitor problems using
applicable systems and toolsCoordinate with other teams or
departments to resolve user problems as necessaryProvide
administration support for Windows 10 Assist with technology
product evaluations and recommendations (hardware & software);
including compatibility and performance analysis.Work
independentlyProvide outstanding customer service to end usersMay
be required to lift up to 50lbs -Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in desktop
supportOutstanding customer service skillsCompTIA A+ Certification
is a plusExperience working with Google for business and Windows
machines (Experience with Windows 10 preferred)Able to learn
quickly while being highly trainable/coachableAdaptability and
flexibilityExceptional written and verbal communication
skillsAbility to prioritize and manage time well in a fast-paced,
dynamic environmentStellar work ethic and drive for success
-Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
requiredBachelor's degree preferred -Salary: $27 to $30 per hour
