Job DescriptionHybrid - Irvine, CA - 3 days per week onsite

We're looking for a talented HRIS Analyst, ideally with Oracle HCM experience, to join our client in a hybrid role in Irvine.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.
Annual Salary: $103K - $150K

Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst:

• Manage full project life cycle for multiple projects
• Design, test, and support users on a solution
• Document business requirements based on customer requests
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate, develop, and deliver solutions
• Test, debug, and evaluate enterprise software upgrade releases
• Work with development teams and review, test, code, and deliver final projectsRequirements of the HRIS Analyst:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience required
  • Knowledge of HR systems, Oracle preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
