Job Description Salary: $80,000 annual salary
The IT team is seeking a Business Analyst to manage and assist in applying technology to business processes. This position will work closely with the user community to gather requirements and translate them into design by consulting with external resources. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• Listen effectively and share information within a team environment.
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
• Work with outsourced development team to document software development life cycle processes.
• Perform user acceptance testing.
• Provide feedback and QA results to consultants. Required Skills & Knowledge:
  • Experience supporting complex change and multi-disciplinary projects and a track record of on-time delivery.
  • Solid experience in deploying change management best practices and discipline.
  • Intermediate SQL understanding.
  • SSRS development experience plus.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Deadline-focused, detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated.
  • Great interpersonal skills that can interface with stakeholders from different business units.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills.
