Responsibilities:
MaxLinear is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our growing
team. In this role, you will focus on the following:Drive
automation and efficiency across functional departments with a
primary focus on Sales OperationsManage business process, systems
administration, and provide analytical skills to help teams scale
globallySupport complex business projects by applying best practice
and innovative thinkingPoint of contact and subject matter expert
on key day to day process issues in various applications including
Demand Planning, Point of Sales reporting, and ERP
processesTroubleshoot data flows, master data, and data
transformations using a deep attention to detail and analytical
skillsWork with multi-functional teams including Sales, Channel
Distribution, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to identify process
and data flow improvement candidatesSupport and deliver new
capabilities and system improvements that increase the efficiency
and effectiveness of our Sales and Marketing teamsDrive continuous
improvement to the Demand Planning application through a deep
knowledge of business needs and statistical forecasting
acumenPerform systems administration on sales systems / toolsWork
with business owners and IT to prioritize change
requestsParticipate in user acceptance, smoke testing, and
implementation activitiesCreate and deliver training and enablement
content for projects in which you are participating Help define
"interim state" business processes for acquired companies, and help
lead the change and adoption of these new processesDefine KPIs and
develop reporting to track metrics across processes to measure the
health of the business, risk areas and impact of improvement
initiatives
Qualifications:
Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, or Business
Operations in an "analyst" positionExperience working in a
high-growth and dynamic company, ideally in the Semiconductor
industryExperience with Direct and Channel sales
ecosystemsExperience supporting B2B reporting and data feedsDeep
understanding of the quote-to-cash (QTC) processes Experience
supporting, implementing, and administering a Demand Planning
applicationProven ability to understand master data and data flows
at the most detailed level to identify issues and action
resolutionMicrosoft SQL query capabilityMicrosoft Power BI
reporting and dashboard creation experienceAn ability dive into
details, but also step back and reframe a problem more
strategicallyA passion for learning - new tools, processes, ways of
working, etc. and are open to change and doing things in new waysA
self-starter who thrives in constantly evolving environments
Knowledge of, and experience implementing, Microsoft Power Automate
and Power Apps for process automation is idealExperience with
Microsoft D365 F for Sales. Microsoft certification is highly
desirableStatistical forecasting and Machine learning application
implementation is a benefitStrong influencing skillsBachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related +
