Job Description:

Are you customer focused, have great attention to detail and like to have fun? Our Construction Administrator is responsible for supporting our construction managers by creating construction files, writing construction contracts, tracking preliminary notices and releases, and helping with change orders, consultant agreements, collecting invoices, and preparing billing summaries to submit to mangers for processing and payment.
Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a construction administrative position
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Accuracy is an essential skill
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with MS Project and PlanGrid helpful, but not required
    This is a full time position in our Irvine office. We offer a competitive salary, and benefits, including 3 weeks' vacation. Starting salary commensurate with skills with a minimum starting at $54,000
