Job Description:

In this role, you will be joining a prestigious consulting firm as a CRM Consultant. The role can be onsite, remote, or hybrid depending on your preference.
As a CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for the installation, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support for Dynamics and Salesforce CRM customers. You will work closely with solution architects and clients to understand their business needs, current processes, and the challenges they face. You will create solutions and execute projects to fulfill client needs and help with user adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify deliverables and implement CRM solutions
• Configure Dynamics and Salesforce CRM to client specifications
• Ensure data integrity throughout the implementation process
• Train users on best practices for the software to ensure the best outcomes
  Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM or Salesforce as a Subject Matter Expert, power user, or administrator
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot CRM software to effectively solve business problems
  • Ability to gather requirements and come up with business solutions based on the requirements
  • Ability to train users on software best practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus
