Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to
join our team You will conduct tests to determine the quality of
materials and finished products as well as identify areas of
improvement to increase efficiency. Pay: $20-23/hr Schedule:
Mon-Fri 3:30PM - 12AM Temp to Hire after 3-4 months Benefits: Once
hired, company offers 100% insurance premiums paid for employees
and dependents, 401K, PTO, etc. Responsibilities: Perform thorough
examinations of all materials and finished products Conduct and
report internal audits and evaluations Implement and improve
quality control operating procedures Collect data and maintain
documentation and logs Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems
and defects Participate in routine visual inspections Maintain a
clean and safe work environment Train Assemblers and Technicians as
needed ------ Qualifications: 3 years of experience in Clean room
environment with quality control or other related field Strong
attention to detail Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Aerospace or
Medical background desired Ability to work with Inspection tools
and small hand tools (tweezers, microscopes, gauges, rulers, etc.)
