United Health Services is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Program Manager to join our Human Resources team in Binghamton, New York. This position can be on-site or hybrid. Shift: Days, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Hours per week: 40 Salary: Depending on experience Position Overview: Recruitment Marketing Program Manager Working closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services teams, the Recruitment Marketing Program Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning strategies and managing projects across HR---s platforms and initiatives, which would include recruitment advertising, HR-based social media, the UHS careers website, the CRM and applicant tracking system, and other marketing/communication needs in support of recruitment. The UHS Human Resources Division comprises teams in Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Employee Relations. These teams work together to recruit and retain United Health Services--- workforce, which includes staff, physicians, and advanced practice providers who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and supporting the operations that drive our mission. Health, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) retirement savings plan Immediate accrual of paid time off Wellness program rewards and other perks/discounts Employee Assistance Program (EAP) resources and counseling Professional and leadership development opportunities Tuition reimbursement or incentives to further your education Responsibilities and Expectations: Recruitment Marketing Program Manager Manage workplace reputation social profiles (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc) and help source content Monitor ongoing budgets with established partners and vendors related to recruitment marketing and tools Act as a liaison between HR team members and external advertising and recruitment agencies to align efforts related to recruitment campaigns Manage creative projects with internal and external partners to ensure brand and message alignment for recruitment priorities Research, build, and manage job profiles with local organizations (e.g. colleges, Chamber of Commerce) to position UHS as a local employer of choice Create project plans to improve owned platforms and help execute such improvements with cross-functional teams; recommend digital solutions to connect recruitment and HR platforms, to streamline processes, and to align content Assist with implementation of a new CRM tool, including alignment of processes, documentation, and associated internal training Help create and support SOPs for employee engagement/retention programs and initiatives Demonstrate commitment to United Health Services--- organizational Values of Compassion, Trust, Respect, Teamwork, and Innovation Position Qualifications Minimum Required: Bachelor---s degree in human resources, business, marketing/communications, or a related field 5-7 years of project management and/or paid media management or related experience Excellent writing and communication skills Familiarity with third-party recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc. Ability to keep teammates and projects on task through completion and maintenance Preferred: Master---s degree in communications, business, information systems, HR, or related field Experience with recruitment marketing project management and CRM/applicant tracking systems 7-10 years of project management and/or paid media management or related experience How to Apply Applications for this position can be submitted through United Health Services--- online application system or on LinkedIn.
