Under close supervision of the IT Service Manager, the employee
provides audio/visual and computer support for Beall Applied
Innovation (bAI) events and various technology-enabled users.
Duties include performing first and second level in-field support
of all BAI staff, including technical and instructional assistance.
Duties are largely focused on providing audio/visual support during

microphone setup, managing and switching between multiple
computers, and any other technical support that an event may

Incumbent must function effectively as a member of the IT work
group as well as under close supervision of the IT Services Manager

regularly with the IT Services Manager regarding outstanding
issues, courses of action, the execution and delivery of services,
