Job Description:
The Business Development Officer's responsibility is to develop
new profitable banking relationships for the Bank, with a greater
emphasis on commercial loans.
Job Duties
• This high profile position will deliver unparalleled service and
will exhibit the highest professional standards when dealing with
our Clients.
• Will serve as an initial point of contact for prospective
clients.
• Generate and pre-qualify new leads in our designated business
markets.
• Perform due diligence on new client acquisitions.
• Responsible for executing a sales strategy.
• Work closely with Credit Division.
• Work closely with other Departments within the Bank.
Salary Range and Bonus Potential:
• $120,000 plus quarterly & annual incentives
