**Job Description** Kelly Services is hiring a contract Training Coordinator for our aerospace client located in Irvine, CA. This position will be contract for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension due to project demands. Work hours will be on day shift, flexible morning start. $23.00 per hour. Job Duties: The training coordinator will be the main point of contact for our customer-s day to day training related activities, dealing with training plan delivery, talent management programs and courses related changes as well as a variety of post-course activities, including the maintenance of training records for all students. -Provide input and recommendations to the Practice Leaders for the construction of the annual training plan -Scheduling of courses and/or talent development programs and communication to HRBPs, Managers and Employees. The Training Coordinator will be also asked to determine effective solutions to address requirements that deviate from the original Training Plan schedule (including cancellations, rescheduling and course date changes) -Managing the courses enrollment (registration of employees to training courses) & alert the Practice Leaders if course enrollment is low in der to take actions accordingly -Point of contact of instructors (in coordination with the Practice Leaders) and liaison with instructor teams and contractors (in coordination with the Practice Leaders) oPrinting of course material oLogistics of training programs including management of training room -equipment resources including- oThe addition of new training courses -Obtaining quotes for external training resources and booking external courses where necessary in compliance with agreements in place with third party providers and site procedure -Recharging & invoicing Business Units and Suppliers following course delivery -Responsible for the compliance to the Company-s ISO procedures including the creation of student training files -Providing general administrative support, dealing with training correspondence (emails and enquiries) and distributing other training notifications (joining instructions, certificates for a variety of pre (including but not limited to pre-work for students) or post-course activities (including but not limited to: Closing courses in our Learning Management System and the completion of the electronic training record for all students; Creating course certificates; Processing, distributing, copying (scanning) and filing all training course paperwork) -Assist the Learning Hub team in the production of monthly reports for statistical analysis **Requirements** -Minimum High School Diploma -Minimum 1 year of experience with providing training and training coordination. -Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software skills.
