Job Description:
A company is looking for a PAP Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and
provide instructions on usage
Verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities to
customers
Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with insurance
standards
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
One year of experience in healthcare administration, financial
services, or insurance customer service
Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred
