Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support for efficient Revenue Cycle
operations, including billing and collections
Identify and resolve operational issues related to accounts
receivables to maximize revenue
Collaborate with various departments to enhance patient experience
and service quality
Required Qualifications
Two years of relevant experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in
accounting, finance, or management desirable
Knowledge of professional fee revenue cycle or health care
finance/operations is preferred
Experience with payors, providers, and physicians is beneficial
Previous healthcare experience in revenue cycle operations or
billing preferred
Strong presentation skills and familiarity with healthcare
applications are essential
