Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to
existing orders
Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with orders and
inquiries
Document issues and visit court dockets for information on case
filing
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support
or call center experience
Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook,
Excel, and Word
Document manipulation experience
Ability to transcribe information and investigate issues
Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
