Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk - National
Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact payers to resolve credit balances and determine
responsibilities
Interpret contractual language for special projects and maintain
relationships with departments
Research and process requests related to credit balance accounts
and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in insurance billing and patient billing
2+ years of experience in auditing
Basic proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to learn new
software
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
