Key Responsibilities
Complies with FERPA when releasing information
Conducts program completion reviews to ensure students meet
graduation requirements
Communicates with students regarding their graduation needs and
coordinates with various departments for processing
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree required
General knowledge of transfer credit preferred
Understanding of higher education organization
Understanding of online learning structure and student
development
Ability to work under pressure and independently
