A company is looking for a UX Designer III with TS/SCI Full
Scope Poly.
Key Responsibilities
Builds scalable user research solutions and cultivates a community
of growth through coaching and mentoring
Advises and mentors teams on usability trends and user-centered
practices while managing research plans
Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable
insights for product design and service improvements
Required Qualifications
14 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or 18
years without a degree
Active TS/SCI Full Scope Poly Clearance
Experience in usability testing and proficiency in design tools
such as JavaScript and ReactJS
Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships and implementing
various research methods
Advanced knowledge of technologies used to build and operate
Government services
