Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI Solutions Designer to lead the
design and delivery of AI-powered user experiences that drive
business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements discovery sessions with clients to document
goals, personas, use cases, and success criteria
Architect intuitive IVA and GenAI workflows focusing on automation
and seamless handoffs
Create, test, and refine GenAI prompts to support accurate and
contextual user interactions
Required Qualifications:
3-7+ years of experience in AI-powered customer experience, IVA
design, or digital transformation roles
Proven track record in client-facing discovery and translating
requirements into scalable AI workflows
Hands-on experience designing prompts and interactions for GenAI
tools
Familiarity with orchestration tools such as LangChain or Semantic
Kernel
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Communications, Business, or
related field or equivalent experience
