Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr./Principal Safety Specialist,
Quality and Training Specialist (QTS).
Key Responsibilities
Support management with the maintenance and review of quality
documents and ensure team training on client SOPs
Design and implement training programs, conduct onboarding
sessions, and monitor employee performance for compliance with
quality standards
Oversee quality assurance, compliance, and audit support
activities, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company
policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
7+ years of relevant work experience in pharmacovigilance (PV)
5+ years in a quality role within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology
industry, with experience in audits and regulatory inspections
Strong knowledge of worldwide GPV regulations and quality
management systems
Experience in managing and implementing risk-based global PV and QA
audit programs
