A company is looking for a Sr. Coordinator, Network Installation
Success Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Create successful installations by delivering timely and
mistake-free support
Provide effective installation support through various
communication channels while adhering to specific guidelines
Support installation milestones and ensure services are accurately
installed and documented
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience as a Field Technician or Help
Desk Agent
Experience with Managed Network & Voice solutions including SD-WAN,
Firewall, and VoIP
Comprehensive understanding of Broadband Carrier circuit quality
and trouble ticketing procedures
Proficient in local area network (LAN) topology and TCP/IP
inter-networking fundamentals
Ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency and
professionalism
