A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist w/
Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patient enrollment via a
smartphone app
Conduct outbound calls to program-eligible patients and convert
those calls into enrollments
Gather patient insights on enrollment experiences to identify areas
for growth and opportunity
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer support and conducting outbound calls
Ability to build relationships and navigate challenges
effectively
Tech-savvy with multitasking skills across different systems
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to work
independently
Passion for educating and simplifying complex concepts for
customers
