Job Title:Loan Officer AssistantLocation:CA - IrvineWhat you'll do:AmeriHome Mortgage is looking for an ambitious Loan Officer Assistant for our office in Irvine, CA. AmeriHome Consumer Direct Loan Officers receive a large number of calls from clients directly from our portfolio of $30B+ in volume. This is an exciting opportunity for a quick learner with strong interpersonal skills, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. This role can lead into joining our Processing team.What we are looking for: --- Assist customers on how to e-sign and e-consent when needed--- Assist Mortgage Bankers and Loan Processors collecting stips (i.e. 2015 W-2 and pay stubs)--- Answering incoming calls when all agents are otherwise occupied and assigning to licensed mortgage banker in Insellerate (if state is applicable)--- Rerunning Certs and updating Encompass when needed--- Assisting Mortgage Coordinators when needed--- Following up on questions from Loan Processors to allow them to focus on just processing--- Keeping Sales Manager updated on expiration dates and status on loans currently in the pipelineWhat you need to have: --- High School Diploma or equivalent--- 1-2 years' experience in an administrative position, mortgage experience is preferred--- Excellent customer service skills--- Strong interpersonal skills--- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus--- Proficiency with MS Office--- Comfortable using web-based applicationsCompensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $24.15 - $26.83 for Irvine, CA.
